The new adult areas. Non-fiction, Reference, Dvds, Books on Tape and CD will all be housed in this area.

A ship's ladder will take the place of this red ladder for roof access.

The future Young Adult area overlooks the front entrance on Maple Street as well as the foyer on the floor below.

Bathrooms on the second floor for convenience.

The spectacular skylight will be installed here. The natural light will wash down the exterior curved wall of the old library highlighting her gorgeous architectural features!

3/15/07 The backside of the skylight. The ceiling will run from the lower edge of the soffit.

The window frames are all in. The fiberglass exterior wrapping is complete.

3/22/07 The roof repairs are being completed.

Slate replacement and new copper snow guards installed.

Here are the skylight glass panels waiting for installation.

The chimney has great lines!
